Refund & Shipping Policies
Please let us know if you are not satisfied by your purchase. We will try our best to accommodate grievances. Please note we cannot offer refunds on used items, e.g. a lit candle or used soy treatments. Any refunds, the customer will have to pay for shipping costs.
Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada & U.S.)
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 days, however orders are shipped out only on business days. Certain pieces may take longer and customers will be notified of any delay.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Flat Rate: $10 for all orders, any orders over $75 will have automatically receive free shipping at check out.
Estimate delivery varies to countries (this is not to be confused for processing times, which is up to 2 days).
Within Canada: 2-7 days, Canpar and Canada Post
United States: 2-10 days, USPS
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once order has been processed a shipping label will be created, you will receive a tracking label within two days.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Naturally Sassy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Customize the following: Naturally Sassy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please let us know if packages have been damaged as well.
